Shipping & returns
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping on all our products.
My order never showed up. What should I do?
This is uncommon, but in the case of a missing order, if it has been more than 2 weeks since your order was shipped, please reach out to hello@joyatcastlehill.com.
A few best practices, if the tracking number says it was delivered, check where it was delivered (i.e. mailbox, parcel locker, front door etc.)
During holiday/peak seasons, USPS will often mark a package as delivered a day before it has arrived. Please give them 24 hours to deliver the package. If it does not arrive within that time, reach out to us.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14-days of the purchase date for store credit.
Sale items are final sale.
